1. Organize research on the technological development, direction, dynamics, national policies, and major competitors' technological developments of the latest products in the industry (both domestically and internationally), timely or regularly write research and analysis reports, and lead the formulation of technological development strategic plans.
2. Responsible for the research and development of electronic paste (silver paste and thick film paste), including inorganic organic carrier formula, production process, and application.
3. Responsible for the research and development of electronic pastes (silver and thick film pastes), including inorganic organic carrier formulations, production processes, and applications.

1. Master's degree or above
2. Engaged in research and development for at least 5 years. Familiar with professional knowledge in the industry field; Understand the development and trends of the R&D industry, and have rich R&D experience;
3. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
4. Proficient in using office software and operating office automation equipment.
